- Step 3: Arrange watermelon cubes evenly across the flatbread, leaving space between pieces.
- Step 4: Crumble feta cheese generously over the watermelon.
- Step 5: Scatter thinly sliced red onion over the top.
- Step 6: Sprinkle chopped mint and torn basil leaves over everything.
- Step 7: Drizzle balsamic glaze in a zigzag pattern across the pizza.
- Step 8: Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Step 9: Slice into squares or triangles and serve immediately.
Notes
Use cold watermelon for the best texture. Assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
