Method
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and place a pizza stone inside if you have one.
- Prepare the fries according to package instructions, under-baking them by about five minutes.
- Stretch the pizza dough on parchment paper or a floured surface to about 12 inches across and brush the edges with olive oil.
- Spread minced garlic evenly across the dough, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over it.
- Arrange the par-baked fries in a single layer over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle truffle oil over the hot pizza, sprinkle with fresh parsley and remaining parmesan, and let it rest for two minutes before slicing.
Notes
Use room temperature dough for best results. Avoid heavy sauces to keep fries crispy. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer.
