Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Pizza Dough
  • 2 balls (8 oz) Burrata Cheese
  • 2 large or 1 cup cherry Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 large bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a thin crust.
  3. Brush garlic infused olive oil over the surface of the dough.
  4. Arrange sliced tomatoes evenly on the dough and sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove the pizza from the oven and break the burrata balls apart, placing the creamy centers on top of the tomatoes.
  7. Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top and drizzle with balsamic glaze and red pepper flakes if desired.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Bring burrata to room temperature before using. Pat tomato slices dry to avoid sogginess. Use a pizza peel for easy transfer.
