Ingredients
Method
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven now.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 12-14 inches in diameter and roughly 1/4 inch thick.
- Transfer the dough to your prepared surface. Brush the entire surface with olive oil, then sprinkle minced garlic evenly across the dough.
- Tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and distribute them evenly across the dough.
- Arrange your peach slices on top of the cheese, overlapping them slightly. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake the Peach Mozzarella Pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter them across the pizza. Drizzle balsamic glaze over everything.
- If desired, add red pepper flakes for a subtle heat. Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Always pat peach slices dry before adding to prevent a soggy crust. Use a hot oven for a crispy crust.
