Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Pizza Dough
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Red Onio
  • 1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Handful Fresh Basil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats.
  2. Place your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper or a floured pizza peel.
  4. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush this mixture evenly over the surface of the dough.
  5. Spread the shredded mozzarella cheese across the dough.
  6. Layer the baby spinach over the cheese.
  7. Distribute the roasted red peppers, red onions, artichoke hearts, and Kalamata olives evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  9. Dust the entire pizza with dried oregano.
  10. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet.
  11. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese bubbles.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it rest for two minutes. Top with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
