  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Red Onio
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Let the pizza dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  3. Mix the olive oil with minced garlic and dried oregano in a small bowl.
  4. Roll or stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  5. Transfer the dough to parchment paper or a floured pizza peel and brush with the garlic and herb oil.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, followed by crumbled feta cheese.
  7. Distribute sliced Kalamata olives, red onions, and cherry tomatoes on top.
  8. Slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
