- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into your blender jar.
- Pour in the chilled vegetable broth and lime juice.

- Secure the lid on your blender tightly and blend until completely smooth, about 60 to 90 seconds.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Pour the soup into a large glass bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Serve very cold, garnished with your favorite toppings.
Notes
