Ingredients
  

  • 2 large pieces Flatbread or Naa
  • 8 oz Burrata Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Cherry or Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze
  • Kosher Salt & Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss halved tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush edges with olive oil. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Spread the seasoned tomato mixture evenly on the flatbread and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and tear burrata into chunks, placing them over the hot tomatoes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, balsamic glaze, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Pre-bake the flatbread to prevent sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to two days.
